These General Purchasing Terms and Conditions apply to all purchase contracts in which SPOJMONT OSTRAVA s.r.o. with registered office at Suderova 12/2080, 709 00 Ostrava-Mariánské Hory, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File 72549, company ID number 06602711 acts as the buyer.
